Try to get use to the Fortigate system after using Sonicwalls for 10 years, what is the correct process for making a service available public?
For example two internal terminal services - RDP and on Prem Exchange services with OWA.

One way is to setup two VIP's within the Fortigate. Map your public IP's to your private IP's for both internal systems (RDP and your on-prem EXCH). Afterwards, configure your IPv4 Policies to allow traffic only on the specific ports/services you need.
Hope this helps.
