New Policy -> Error: Entry not found

Hello, if I want to create a new policy rule via GUI I get an " Error: Entry not found" . If I create the policy via CLI it works. This occured only in one VDOM, not in the other VDOM' s. What can be the reason? Greetings Jörg Rückert

What firmware are you on? Have you tried to reboot the box before doing this?

Maybe one of the address or address group objects contains a space or an umlaut. Change that in the CLI and it should work again.

Reboot the box. It should work again. If not, delete the VDOM and then create the VDOM again. Thanks, Wenlong
