New Custom Service

Trying to add a custom service and get " Return Error -361" So I can not create a custom service, service name is 4 char and no spaces.... Any Ideas? I have IOS v4.0,build0328,110718 (MR2 Patch 8) don' t really have much opportunity to upgrade when ever, 24/7 shop. Thank you

lol, I knew I should not have removed it but I did, no I can not create one, not even recreate the one I removed...

Hi Robert, I had this error. It was caused by high memory usage on the FG. Try a reboot and see if you can then add a new entry. If you can you will need to tweak your config to reduce memory usage. Otherwise the problem will come back. Cheers, Paul
