Need to shift traffic on MPLS when Packet loss & latency has been increased.
Currently when both the link get down traffic is being shifted but we want to shift the traffic when packet loss & latency has been increased.

Can we add an interface in SD-WAN rule if it is not a part of SD-WAN Zone.

The interface must be a member of an SD-WAN interface, otherwise you can't add it to an SD-WAN rule.
