Need to change/ replace old Email ID to new email ID on the support portal.

I need to change the existing support portal ID to new email ID.

I have found a KB article related to same.

But if we do not have the credentials of the OLD email ID to login, how can we change/replace the Old ID to new email ID?

 

Kindly suggest on this.

your understanding is largely correct, but you will need to raise a customer service ticket (CS), not a technical assistance ticket (TAC).

Please confirm, if we have the old email ID credentials, then to change the OLD ID to new email ID, we can perform the steps from the below KB, right?

And if we do not have the OLD ID credentials, then we have to raise a TAC case.
