Need identify device MAC Adress

Hello, I use a 600D fortinet, 5.6.8 and I come to you because I realized that in the logs I do not have access to all MAC addresses. I have several networks, some networks sends me back MAC address, else do not send them back to me. Do you have any idea of ​​the problem ? And know how to solve it ? Regards, Benjamin
