Need help with fortigate configuration

Hello, I am a beginner and I have a fortigate 200A and a FortiWifi 20C and I have what worries I prefer for information I prefer that all the materials go through the fortigate so here are my problems: - impossible to get TV (IPTV) - Problem connecting with Nintendo Switch (My NAT type on the box is letter B but on the FortiWifi 20C the letter is D) I've been looking for a solution to this problem for a while now, but I can't find one.
