Need an email alert for users uploading files to internet/site with size

Hi Folks, 

 

This is my 1st post...:) 

 

Product Firewall: Fortigate 90D Firmware: v5.4.3build1111

 

Customer wants an email alert for users uploading the files to internet that having which user ( Ip address ) and size of the file and URL. 

 

I hope aforesaid requirement feature not available in device.  If possible how we attain this...? any alternate ideas..?

Maybe with Fortinalyser and a custom report
