Need advice on destination URL/IP for forticloud and how it actually works

were replacing our current cisco router to an 100F and from our vendor, in regards to accessing Forticloud, we got told certain application cannot use proxy like DNS and such, but SNMP and NTP can use proxy, i wanted to know which application can actually use proxy set on 100F and what application cannot use proxy, also if we cant use proxy for certain application, i wanna know the full list of forticloud URL and IP address that i need to permit on our external facing firewall.
