By RTFM ( polite  method ) you can start here

    http://docs-legacy.fortinet.com/fos50hlp/52/

    or

by searching in this forum. There's videso  fortinet and youtube that would walk you almost the  basic. And even the quickstart guide that comes in the fortigate box would help.

    [ul]
  • Create Zone :Inside, outside and Dmz)[ul]
  • Every interface in FortiGate works like a zone . But if you want to use more than one interface in a zone, you can create it in system>network>interface  (may be different place based on version )[/ul]
  • Configure  route to inside , outside and Dmz[ul]
  • Router>static[/ul]
  • static nat [ul]
  • Firewall objects> IP Pool[/ul]
  • Publish websites required port onl[ul]
  • Firewall objects> Virtual IP[/ul][/ul]

Then you must create policies that you want on policy menu.
