NO Activate FortiGate Cloud

Hi , I have connected to FortiGate Cloud , Show error : fortigate cloud internal error 

Could you please give me some advice?

Hi,
Firmware 6.2 is consider old and out of support.
Why not upgrade to 7.2 or 7.4 ?
or you can refer to below to troubleshoot.

Try rebooting the device or check your FortiGate Cloud settings.

To resolve the "FortiGate Cloud internal error," check your internet connection, update the firmware, clear browser cache, re-authenticate, ensure an active cloud license, and verify firewall settings.
