NAT with outlook hybrid exchange is not functioning

Hi,

We implemented the SDWAN in out network and made the necessary configuration of the virtual IP and firewall policy but the hybrid exchange of outlook is not working.

With the troubleshoot, we noticed that we reach the external IP but not the local IP while the NAT is activated.

Is there any guidance regarding the hybrid exchange configuration?

Please note that in Virtual, the Optional Filters and Port Forwarding are disabled.

"we reach the external IP but not the local IP"  What do you mean by this?  The server is available when accessing externally but not locally on the same network?
