NAT - change subnet

Hi i have to change subnet my lan

is this possible to do this by nat on fortigate?

in my lan i have 10.111.1.0/24 - outgoing route from my lan should by 10.110.1.0/24

how can i  do this 1 to 1?

for example my server 10.111.1.250 should be visible as 10.110.1.250.

So I need to nat working in both ways.

how to configure that?

I have vpn ipsec.
