Hello I noticed a problem with my VPN today (see attached image)

My computer is sending out more bytes (1162.19 MO!) than it receives. I do not remember this being the case in the past.

All the programs that required VPN were slow. To resolve this problem, I have performed a vulnerability scan and everything seems to be back to normal.

But I don't understand what could have caused this. Do you have an idea?
