Hello! I am wondering, but 5 minutes ago a user had a problem with vpn logon, error was: " Unable to logon to the server. Your login credentials not be configured properly for this connection. (-12). We found out that he had mutations (ä) in the password, without this mutations the client worked correctly. As workaround he can connect over the VPN Portal tunneling client in the browser, can someone confirm this behavior??

Special characters, umlauts and even spaces in object names keep making trouble with FortiOS. It used to work at some point but got worse in 4.3. It' s clearly a bug and should be reported to Support, so please open a ticket. Otherwise, Development will never notice. Seen from the U.S. the world basically speaks ASCII.
