Dear team,
I have a Captive Portal, and I need to log in to two devices using the same user account. How is this possible.?

Hi @ashik_k ,
I don't think this is possible. You must configure login for separate devices separately.

Hi @ashik_k ,
Can you try this setting:
config user group
edit <group-name>
set auth-concurrent-value <number_of_max_concurrent_users>
end

Hi @vbandha
I am using FSSO, and it shows a note: There is a restriction when using this with SAML Azure groups, FSSO, and RSSO user groups, as the authentication is not managed by the firewall in this scenario. So, I think this is not possible.
Hi @ashik_k
Yes, for FSSO user we cannot control that. You will have to use LDAP user if you want to implement this.
Do you have LDAP server configured on Fortigate or it is only FSSO?
Regards,
Varun
