Multicast Forwarding over fortigate

Hello everyone,

Hope you are doing well. 

I have a problem with multicast forwarding.
We buy IPTV service from a local provider and this service is transmitted to us over VLAN. I have configured this VLAN by activating the subinterface on fortigate. Our aggregate switch is located before the FortiGate. I test IP tv on one of my switch access ports. at this point, everything works fine but when testing it on the internal VLAN for the IP TV on the FortiGate it doesn't work. Hi OmarMuhumayev, 

You might have to disable multicast routing.

 config router multicast
         set multicast-routing disable
     end

Please test and let us know if it changes anything.

Hi OmarMuhumayev, 

You can share the config. We need interface config and also need to have a look at the multicast policies. 

Also please try and capture the packet on the interface: 

diag sniffer packet any 'host x.x.x.x' 4 0 a   --> replace x.x.x.x with multicast IP

Also, I need internet access for tv on the local IPTV subnet when guests want to access from TV.
