Multi Link Incoming Connection Redundancy

Hi 

We are deploying the fortiwan between the fortigate 600D and the internet .

Couple of things want to clear 

1. The Public IP's are terminated in the fortiwan so how external users will reach inetrnal hosted serviecs like webmail (Double NAT is required ?)

2. How incoming connection redundancies can be configured for SSL or IPSEC connection to fortigate , webmail or other services .
