Microsoft recommends the following metrics for quality calls:

Metric	Optimal	Poor
Round Trip Time (RFC 3550)	< 60 ms	> 500 ms
Maximum Packet Loss (RFC 3550)	< 5%	> 25%
Average Packet Loss (RFC 3550)	< 0.5%	> 10%
Packet Jitter (RFC 3550)	< 3 ms	> 30 ms

However, keep in mind if you are too agressive with switching SD-WAN that could cause issues when switching ISPs during a call.

There is no specific recommendation as it depends on the network topology and the ISP.

You can use the default value.
