Moved user to new OU, cant login to VPN

We currently were cleaning up and organizing our AD for syncing back to O365. We moved Vendors out of the default User group into their own OU. They are part of a VPN group that is located in the User container. But they are no longer able to login using the VPN. We use DUO as our Radius and it doesnt even hit it. So is there something I should look at or change to allow this to work. I know we will be moving more around soon and want to make sure this is handled properly.

Chances are good the user you use to bind to the AD cannot see them in the new location. If you try browsing groups in the configuration of the LDAP server in Forti, do you see these group/users?
