Yes it is.

I'm not sure but in case it is not doable in one shot then you have to proceed in two shots:

• First you need to remove all usage of this interface from policies, sdwan and so ...
• Then push the config and policy package
• Then remove it from the first vdom and move it to the second vdom
• The push again the config

Keep in mind that some complexe configurations that have special dependencies may need multiple push operators from FMG.
