I created also a ticket 2 days ago but didn't hear back from the support.
We changed a FG model becuase we lost the Forti Token and before loosing so much time at the customer we decided to put a backup model with the same configuration and without MFA in the config file.
So now we would like to move licencing from the old FG to the actual one. We did it quite some time aho in the asset management but I cant find it anymore and I am not sure if there is still the option or that we are missing something.
Any ideas?

You need to create a ticket with customer service they will help you with the transfer of the license.
Please log in to your FortiCare account and open the "Customer Service" ticket (not the "Technical Support ticket" TAC).
Yes I did that like 2 days ago and I didnt get an answer....but it seems there is no other option.
