Hello,
In our setup we have two Fortigates 70D configured in HA active passive. The active fortigate has an active forticloud license. In case the active fortigate crashes and we need to use the passive fortigate, is it possible to move the forticloud license to the newly actived fortigate?
Can this be done with a support ticket to fortinet?
In our setup we don't need to have both fortigate uploading logs at the same time, we think there's no need for two forticloud licenses. Am i missing something or is this understanding correct?
Thanks in advance,
dloureiro

According to my understanding it won't be possible. Because Forticloud license can not be transferred to another device as soon as it fails. If you want to transfer it as you said you will have to log a ticket to Fortinet and wait until they transfer the license for you.
Thanks,
Arshad
did you manage to get this transferred, is this possible?
