Hello everyone,
we are currently using Fortigate version 6.4.12 and are looking for a way to determine the bandwidth used via VDOM.
Have any of you ever had this requirement and if so, how did you solve it?
Using SNMP and a monitoring system?
If so, how?
Using Fortianalyzer and if so, how?
Another unknown possibility, if so how?
We currently have well over 100 VDOMs configured. The solution should therefore be suitable for mass use.
Thank you for your suggestions and help

Hi Mnu
I think there are two possibilities.
1- With NetFlow:

2- With FortiAnalyzer
You may need to build a custom report for that.
Personally I prefer with FortiAnalyzer because it gives a more accurate result in your case. How? In fact NetFlow will probably count all traffic, even the one that will be dropped by the firewall, whereas with FortiAnalyzer you can filter as you want and count any traffic you want (accepted, denied, or both).
