Our SharePoint Site has the Kodak Info Activate Solutions installed a we want to use the mobile version of the KIA. For that we need to establish a mobile VPN connection on the Android or the iOS. We succeded to establish a VPN connection but we can't log-in into the SharePoint through the Kodak Info Activate mobile app because we always get a log-in error. We used all IP, Server Adresses and all possible Accounts but we can't log-in into the SharePoint. The Kodak Support says that we need to establish a VPN connection through the OS of the phone. Can somebody please explain to me what he has meant with that? Did someone here had similar experiences?
