Mobile Application for Fortinet Knowledge Base

I am in the process of creating a mobile version for the knowledge base of Fortinet. Best of all, it is search engine friendly and switches to various mobile formats requiring no URL redirects for the web version. It also boasts of a superb Internal Search. Who should I contact regarding this?
