Missing VPN Token field_Forticlient VPN

Our company uses FortieclientVPN to connect to the in-house server.
Some of members can connect without having to type Token in the Token field when the client starts up.

The token field doesn't even displays.
*VPN can be used successfully

Is this specification? How do I get Tokne Filed to display?

Hello @HMJRDITTEAM

Please check this article on  Fortitoken not showing up when trying to assign it to user
https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiGate/Troubleshooting-Tip-Fortitoken-not-showing-up-when-tryin...
refer the document and let us know if this article matches the issue you are facing. Also let us if it was working before and the current firmware version you are using.

Thanks,

Pavan

Thank you for your reply @pavankr5

This issue is not about "Fortitoken not showing",

For most members, when logging in with Forticlent VPN, the field where you enter your username and password and then Token field is displayed, and can connect to the in-house server by entering Token there.
However, some members can connect to the in-house server without entering a token (Token Field does not even displays).
*Token is already given to that member in Fortigate

I want to make the FortiClient to displays the Token Field to members
