Hello,
I have a problem with one FortClient, others are working normally. So please try to find mistake on this one device.
I installed tool, connected through remote access and it was working well. Second day Remote Access tab was missing. In advanced settings dissepeared option to show it, there is just telemetry. I reinstalled FortiClient and it worked well again. Day after disspepeared Remote Access again.
Can you please help me, how I can get appeared option Remote Access in left panel?

I am having the same issue. I tried to download the latest version but site said I was up to date. Can someone at Fortinet comment, thread has been viewed 3500 times.
