Hi all,
in next weeks i have the task to migrate from current cluster Active-Active with Fortigate 200B, to a same configuration with a Fortigate 200D.
First time for me for such a task, so i ask to Forum Experts if there it´s possible (and if it´s a good practice) to restore the current 200B configuration on the new firewall.
Alternative is to copy all the configuration (and - specially - policies) from the old to the new one...
Thanks
in advance

Hi there,
You can use the Fortiexplorer to do the conversion. what firmware version are you running on the Fortigate 200B?
Hello and thanks for the response
The Firmware version is 5.2.5 build 701.
Do you have some link to documentation for Fortiexplorer? It´s the first time i heard about it.
The current System has been implemented years ago by an external company.
During the years i have familiarised with Fortigate, but installation of a new cluster is a completely new task for me...
Best Regards
