Migrate VM02 to VM04

Hello, 

we have fortinet VM02 virtual instance and going to upgrade it to VM04 and add another VM04 for HA. 

can someone explain , if it is possible to convert existing VM02 to VM04 without changing the serial number of existing machine. it is important to keep existing instance as is. 

if there are any upgrade procedure please shear it  :)

I have not done it myself, but I guess it would need to register the upgrade in FortiCare and after the VM contacts FortiGuard and sees the new license, you would need to shut it down and add the vCPU or maybe hotadd would work.
