Migrate 1 gig physical LAN interface with vlans to X1 10G interface

Hi All

I am looking to migrate an interface on some Fortigate 100D devices from a 1Gig LAN with vlans to a 10G X1 interface.

When I click migrate to interface and click "select and existing interface", the target appears to be blank, why is this?

You @carl_t asked "how would I add the interface in CLI", so @dbhavsar gave you  CLI how to add another interface to fortilink.
There is no command to manually "add" interface to the migration target interface candidate list. It shows only when it's not referred by any other part of config.
You can check if there is any reference in GUI, under interface page very far right in the table. The number has to be 0 on the interface to show up as an target option list.
