Microsoft teams Webcam

Hi, everyone

I need your help again.
The following problem MS Teams when the webcam is started, the connection from teams freezes, all other traffic works. But as soon as I stop the webcam, teams work again.
I tested the whole thing over a hotspot, no problem there.
Is a Fortigate 60F suburban.
Do you have any idea what could be causing this.

Hi Team,

Could you please let us know if you have enabled any DOS policy in the fortigate firewall?

If yes, kindly disable it and check for testing purpose.

If there is no DOS policy, i will request you to directly connect machine to foritgate firewall and check if the issue is happening.

I have no DOS Policy active.

Can it be related to the asic offload?
The client is connected to the Fortigate via a switch (no FortiSwitch).

Its better to isolate the internal network part first. Is it possibel to connect directly to firewall and check it?

Are you using Application Control for this firewall policy?

If so, try disable app control on in this policy and check what it gives.
