Microsoft Azure, firewall policy and 150,000 IP addresses

Fortigate model: 3240C

Has anyone setup a policy to allow access to the Microsoft Azure data centre list of IP addresses, the last time I looked it was about 150,000 for Europe.  I can write a script to input them all and create a group but wanted to know if anyone else had done it and if so what method did you use.

Is it a sensible thing to do to input 150,000 plus IP addresses and to put them into one group?
