Message meets Alert condition

Hi 

I set up an alert email to send notifications, but sometimes I receive a blank email with the subject message meets Alert Condition.

What is the problem?

Hello Ahmed,

Could you share the email alert settings?
config alertemail setting

set username "@email" <--  The email we should see in the "from" field

set username "fortinet@bauto.com"
set mailto1 "fortinet@bauto.com"
set email-interval 1
set IPS-logs enable
set sslvpn-authentication-errors-logs enable
set antivirus-logs enable
set admin-login-logs enable
set FDS-license-expiring-warning enable
set ssh-logs enable

Hi @Ahmed_Mossaad,

 

You can check FortiGate System Event logs to see what triggered it.
