Memory Flash replacement

Hello,

 

We have a FG100D with an hardware error, Power LED linking.

The memory flash is red lighted and some version of FortiIOS don't work. I've formated disk but the same problem.

 

FG100D is out ofmaintenance and I woul like to replace flash memory, format it and reinstall FortiIOS with TFTP.

 

Does somebody knows where I can find APACER memory flash APS18SH1032G-KTM-FTNT ? I've attached pic.
