The latest version of the Matrix doc has only FAP221E. But all E version (Wave 2) models list "Per Radio Client Capacity" as 512, while all C version models list 128. I think the difference is due to Mu-MIMO or not.
help me guess
how to speed up fortiAP 321c now 156mbps
we need speed 300mbps up
dashka
You have to change Channel Width on your FortiAp Profile
2 FGT 100D + FTK200
3 FGT 60E FAZ VM some FAP 210B/221C/223C/321C/421E
I had the same question about the number of clients/connections per unit. However I have a question, when they say 512 client, I guess they mean "idle" client. I can't believe that that a single ap server up to 512 client. I already have issues serving more that 30-40 clients on a 320C, which as per say it would be max to 128.
Hi Mishabou,
FortiAP 221C/221E supports upto 128 clients per radio.
Please see below data sheet for additional information.
