Manage customer Fortigate units as a partner

IS there a way to manage all our customer units under the partner account?

Hi,

yes, there is, but your customers need to initially create a sub-account on their support portal account.

Once that is done, there is a procedure through the partner portal to bind the partner and end customer accounts.
