Hello All, Maybe I didn't explain my issue clearly. Pardon me. 

The issue I have is as this: I would like to setup Malware hash external block list. I'm wondering if there is a site that contains a list of malware hashes that I can insert into FG?? I hope this is clear.

Thank you for posting to the Fortinet Community Forum.

Problem Description:- Malware hash external list.

Unfortunately there won't be any publicly available article from FGT.  

You can try below Hash from vriustotal. 

https://virusshare.com/hashes

You have to create hash on based of file (pdf, exe, jpg). 

Global -> Security Fabric -> Fabric Connectors and select 'Create New 

"Malware Hash"

You can create your hash with help of below video. It explain very well to create hash and try blocking it with "External Malware Integration".
