Hello,
Our VPN appears to be working for but one Mac user is getting the error "Insufficient credentials. Please check passwords, certificate,etc...". We've changed her password and it works ok on a Windows machine, but not on a Mac. I am assuming its not a certificate issue because it's working fine for everyone else. Any thought are greatly appreciated.

i have the same issue.
One reason i found are, in the network where the client at the moment are, have web filter activated.
So the IP or FQDN to the FortiGate is blocked.
It is the same error message.
