MR6-sp3 - " License is bad" message

FGT-50B Tried to upgrade from MR6-sp1 to MR6-sp3. After upgrading (no issue), first boot showed:

 The system is going down NOW !!                               
 Please stand by while rebooting tFGT50B (18:28-11.23.2006)
 Ver:04000006
 Serial number:FGT50Bxxxxxxxx
 [...etc...]
 Reading boot image 1292194 bytes.
 Initializing firewall...
 System is started.
 License is bad!
 

Unit worked fine (not a very complex config), but I would like not to see that " License is bad!" notice. It has some piracy smell I tried " factory reset" , reload config backup file, ... no success Finally, I downgraded to MR6-sp1 again and everything returned to normal. Any hint? RØ P.S. not that it be very urgent: I can wait to MR7-spX, as I have read there are some problems with MR7
