Hello, this past weekend I noticed on Forticloud that almost all of my FortiGates are inaccessible however they are online and working and submitting logs -- I cannot manage them though. I received a log message from a few of them stating:
type=event subtype=system level=information vd=root logdesc="Super admin left VDOM" user="daemon_admin" ui=cmdbsvr action=vdom-switch reason=none msg="User daemon_admin has left the virtual domain root"
and then the other VDOM sent a log message saying:
type=event subtype=system level=information vd=Traffic logdesc="Super admin entered VDOM" user="daemon_admin" ui=cmdbsvr action=vdom-switch reason=none msg="User daemon_admin has entered the virtual domain Traffic"
Not sure if this relates but I have never seen this log message before now -- it is what prompted me to want to login to one of the FortiGates. I had someone reboot them but they still didn't connect, any suggestions? Fortinet didn't have any solution.
Can you or someone onsite login through the console port?
Don't suppose the FortiGates were recently updated?
