The new RSS feed for Fortigate KB articles is at https://community.fortinet.com/tpykb84852/rss/board?board.id=TKB20
You can also simply navigate to Knowledge Base > Fortigate > click on the three dots at the top right corner > Subscribe to RSS Feed
