Long time to download files from internet

Hi,

When I am downloading files  from internet , it is taking very long time .

In the speed test it shows there are enough bandwidth . 

How can I figure out the problem ( ISP or the fortinet  fw )

Either file downloads take a long time - or speed tests (which ARE file downloads with timing) are fast.

Try to work without any UTM features on that policy, esp. do not use CIFS/SMB AV for testing.

Files downloading are too slow. 

Speed test giving good bandwidth available. 

 CIFS/SMB AV for testing. I am downloading from the internet. 

policies are disabled
