Logs from Forticloud to Gui not visible sometimes

Hi folks, i have the 1GB free Forticloud subscription and sometimes i can' t see the logs in the Gui. In the Log Settings i set " Display Logs From Forticloud" On somedays i see for example everything in the Event Log " VPN" and on other days i see nothing. i can reach forticloud and logs are still on the page but not in the gui. Anybody know what to do ?
