Login with multiple accounts

Hi,

I used to have a windows laptop. Now I work with a MacBook Pro, however I've had some problems with FortiClient.

I have the setup shown in the image.

When I log in with my account there is no problem, however if i log in with a different account, it always shows me this: 

Connection Error!

Insufficient credential(s). Please check the password, client certificate, etc. I don't know what to do, this didn't happen with my windows laptop. Thanks
