My friend has problem when NIC LAN down, he can't receive log in syslog
I told him, I need to check whether FGT can pump log to local and remote file concurrently
After checking on GUI I can't see menu in logging that allow local and remote logging
Only either local or remote logging
If remote, I can pump up to 4 syslog server
Since pump to local & remote are impossible.
The only option in my mind is pump log to multiple remote log using multiple LAN NIC
QUESTIONS:
1. Is there possibility to store log locally and scp that local log file to syslog server
If yes where local log file stored and what filename
2. can I set local log to 1 month and create another filename for next month
tq
