I am facing an problema, I wan to return to factory values a FAZ 2000B, I execute the command "execute restore image tftp FAZ_2000B-v5-build0724-FORTINET.out 192.168.2.137" and only updates the FAZ 2000B, does not return to factory values.
The problem I have is the imagen attached
the FAZ has not console port, I am connect with a monitor

Yes, that will reset all-settings too. BTW, if you want to completely remove all old contents, you will need format disk by "exe format disk-ext4 <raid-level>"
