Linking config with client install?

Im trying to push out the client install to the systems on our network using MacAfee/Trellix ePO. I can push out just the FortiClientVPNOnlineInstaller.exe just fine and have it install. The issue is how to add the configuration? I can even send the whole folder "FortiClient" form a system with the client already configured. How can I link the exe with the config?
