License query
Hi,
The Forticare support license is active but not "Firmware and general updates" is there any seperate license for this to be active to be able to download the firmware?

Actually, your Forticare license is not valid just registered. Valid means your license type and virtual machine spec match. To upgrade your device, you must buy a minimum FortiCare License or (ATP or UTP) bundle license.
