License for Test Environment

Hi all, 

I current have two Fortigate FG100E units in a production environment set between two sites over a site to site vpn. I would like to test some new configurations without effecting the production environment and was thinking whether a VM test/UAT license exist in order to do so?

most Fortinet products function a limited time without a license. you can deploy a FortiGate VM and use it for two weeks. things you miss are advanced encryption (so management on HTTP and no higher encryption on VPNs) and subscription based functionality.
